We have created new and inovative pricing structures that make up the foundation our non-contract rates, they enable us to provide our clients with substantial savings, savings that range from 12% to 20%

Reduced rates do not mean a correlated reduction in service, on the other hand, we guarantee service levels at least 3 points better than current industry standards. This efficiency offers a drastic reduction in missed trips, which in turn provides faster patient recuperation and shortens the return to work time, a combination that translates into savings in many of the areas which are normally affected when a service provider fails.

How have we accomplished this?

• With Flat Rates for our In-Person Interpretation, we have eliminated the hassles of Travel Time & Travel Mileage.*
• Decreased number of minimum miles.**
• Reduced rates in Document Translations.
• Using Preferred Vendors “hand picked” for their service, rates and punctuality.
• Innovative techniques in our Call Center give us better control over costs, enabling us to reflect those savings in the rates we charge our customers.

 * All inclusive basic price provides 1.5 hours of translation and 30 miles round trip.
** Reduced minimum miles are offered in the majority of States we serve, the exceptions would apply     to high premium states such as NJ, NY, MA, CA...
